1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of orbitbook.io, booking a demo through our calendar, and Orbit's free demo. By using any of these, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use them.
These terms are not the subscription agreement for paying customers of the Orbit software, which is governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of purchase.
2. Description of the service
orbitbook.io is the presentation website for Orbit, a software product by ALIEN 2.0 LLC. Through this site you can learn about Orbit, book a live demo through our calendar, message us on WhatsApp at the demo number, and try a demonstration AI assistant ("Luna") embedded from app.orbitbook.io.
3. Acceptable use of the demo and the AI assistant
You agree not to use the demo or the AI assistant for unlawful or abusive purposes, or to attempt to scrape data from the system or other users.
The AI assistant ("Luna") generates responses automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. No response from the assistant is professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and you should not make important decisions based solely on it.
4. Intellectual property
The Orbit name, its logo, the name "Luna", the content of this site and the software behind it are owned by ALIEN 2.0 LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a license over that intellectual property beyond ordinary use of the site and the demo.
5. Third-party services
This site relies on third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies: the Cal.com booking platform (booking.aliendevelopers.com), WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), embedded YouTube video, and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of these third-party services.
6. No warranty
The site, the demo and the AI assistant are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIEN 2.0 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, booking a demo, or the demonstration AI assistant.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
